Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and references.
Acquire and manage clients for Recruitment and Staffing services.
Understand client hiring needs and provide customized talent solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery.
Negotiate commercial terms and achieve monthly revenue targets.
