Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer data onboarding and implementation.
Validate, transform, and import customer data.
Identify and resolve data quality issues.
Build automation using Python, JavaScript, SQL, and AI tools.
Monitor onboarding and resolve implementation issues.
Communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Improve onboarding through automation and process optimization.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Implementation, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Data Operations.
Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
Solid data troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with APIs, CSV/Excel data, imports, or integrations.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer implementations.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Codex is a plus.
