Design and lead Agentic AI, RPA, and UiPath solutions for enterprise automation.
Architect scalable automation frameworks integrating AI Agents, UiPath, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Define automation strategy, architecture, governance, security, and best practices.
Lead the development and deployment of complex UiPath RPA workflows.
Identify business processes suitable for intelligent automation and drive process optimization.
Collaborate with business, application, and technology teams to deliver impactful automation solutions.
Mentor RPA/AI developers and provide robust technical leadership.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
10 to 14 years of IT / RPA experience
Solid UiPath expertise
RPA Architecture & Development
Hands-on Agentic AI / AI Agents implementation
Automation Solution Architecture
API & System Integration
Process Automation & Optimization
Proven Solutioning / Solution Architecture experience must have
Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills — must have
Good to Have
Healthcare domain experience
Experience integrating AI with enterprise automation platforms
Robust understanding of automation governance and enterprise security

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing AI/Agentic AI solutions, combined with strong solutioning and architecture capabilities. Automation/RPA expertise is highly valuable, but strong AI implementation and solutioning experience is the key focus.
