Key Responsibilities

System Configuration and Implementation:
Configure the SAP MM module based on business requirements.
Implement current functionalities and enhancements in the SAP MM/WM module.
Perform system testing and quality assurance.

Business Process Analysis:
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
Design productive and effective business processes using SAP MM/WM.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations.
Be able to independently analysis of Business Requirement Documents and map business requirements to SAP.

Support and Maintenance
Provide day-to-day support for the SAP MM module, resolving issues promptly.




Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure data integrity and consistency within the SAP MM module.

Training and Documentation
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes.
Update user manuals and support documentation as needed.

Project Management
Participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
