Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a detailed program plan, including tasks, timelines, milestones etc.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the program team
Act as the primary point of contact for the program-related communications, both internally and externally
Ensuring that all the program staff is trained adequately
Keep a track on the program level activities as per the pre-agreed timelines and deliverables
Ensure the completion of Non AE data on an monthly basis as per the guidelines of Pfizer
Ensure the completion of Oversight on quaterly basis as per the guidelines of Pfizer
Provide regular updates and reports to the stakeholders on the program status, achievements and challenges
Lead regular program meetings to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and drive decision-making
Provide accurate and timely reporting of the program/projects status
Adverse event management and adverse event reporting
What we are looking for
Master's degree (Preferred) or bachelor's degree with atleast 5 years of experience
Ability to work in cross-functional teams with full ownership of tasks at hand
Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multitask while working in a highly charged setting
Proven experience in program management or related roles, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Robust understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
