Lead - Organisational Development & Leadership

As we continue to evolve our organisation, leadership, and culture, we're looking for an Organisational Development Lead who is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and designing experiences that unlock human potential. This is not a traditional HR role.

The Role Drive enterprise-wide initiatives across organisational development, leadership development, learning, talent, culture, and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement organisation-wide OD interventions aligned with business strategy.
Build leadership development journeys.
Lead capability-building initiatives and learning academies.
Design competency frameworks and career pathways.
Drive succession planning and talent reviews.
Facilitate organisational design and change initiatives.
Strengthen culture and organisational effectiveness.




Measure impact using business outcomes and analytics.
Partner with senior leaders on organisational challenges.
Bring contemporary OD and leadership practices into VGL.

What We're Looking For
8 - 10 years in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Talent or Leadership Development.
Robust experience in OD frameworks, change management and talent practices.
Excellent facilitation and consulting skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Master's degree preferred; OD/coaching certifications advantageous.

Important Note
This chance is intended for specialists with deep experience in Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Leadership Development. Candidates whose experience is primarily in HR Generalist, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll, or Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, without substantial OD or L&D; expertise, are unlikely to be a fit for this role.
