Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail
hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions.
Source candidates through different platforms.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
Ensure timely closure of open positions within TAT.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring data.
Build a solid candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment(Bulk Hiring).
Retail or volume hiring experience will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Note: This is a 1-year consultant role. Based on performance and business requirements, the candidate may get an chance to convert into a full-time role after completion of the consultancy period.
