Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, portals, and social media.
Execute cutting-edge recruiting strategies to find quality candidates for frontline sales
Coordinating the interview schedule/drives, maintaining a candidate database
Manage documentation & onboarding process.
Taking Induction
Handling employee grievance
Desired Candidate Profile
Valuable communication skill
Knowledge of sourcing through Naukri and other free job portals
Knowledge of hiring for BFSI, Insurance (Health & Life ), Broking will be added advantage.
Positive knowledge of Advance Excel
