Job Summary
Kapsons International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Merchandiser with a solid understanding of fashion trends, market insights, product assortment, and category management. The candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the category to drive sales, profitability, and category growth.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product development and timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, sell-through, and product performance.
Identify market opportunities and recommend new products/trends.
Work closely with design, sourcing, retail, and sales teams.
Should be able to manage the trims.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Fashion Merchandising.
Strong knowledge of trends, products, fabrics, and market dynamics.
Good analytical, negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
Ability to work with sales and inventory data and make data-driven decisions.
Solid understanding of retail merchandising and category management.
