Role & responsibilities
Drive workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
Deliver engaging safety awareness and training programs for employees.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and drive effective corrective actions.
Promote a strong Safety-First Culture across the organization.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in Industrial Safety / EHS. Robust knowledge of safety management systems, risk assessment, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and employee engagement skills. A proactive qualified with a passion for building a protected workplace.
