We are hiring for the position of Branch Manager/Senior Branch Manager with a Reputed Insurance Company.
Role & responsibilities - We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals from the Life Insurance industry, with preference given to candidates having strong Agency Channel experience.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage and drive branch-level business targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop the agency/business development team.
Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
Drive recent business generation and achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum 3- 8 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
Preferred Experience: Candidates from the Agency Channel will be preferred.
Age: Up to 47 years.
CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 CIBIL score is mandatory.
Candidates should have positive communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
