We are hiring for an ETL Ops Lead with 8+ years of experience in managing 24x7 ETL Production Support Operations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Manage 24x7 ETL production support operations.
Act as the primary escalation point for critical production incidents.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and RCA for ETL/data pipeline failures.
Monitor job failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and drive service improvements.
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
Knowledge management, SOP reviews, and KEDB creation/maintenance.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and dashboard/report creation.
Optimize SQL and PySpark scripts.
Prepare and present governance reports covering SLA compliance, incident trends,



and performance metrics.
Coordinate with Data Engineering, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
Drive Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Mentor support team members and manage shift planning/workload distribution.
Identify automation prospects using Python/scripting to improve operational efficiency.
