Job Summary
Oak Tree Software is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 1.5–3+ years of hands-on accounting experience. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Accountant and be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, compliance support, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Perform bank, ledger, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.




Support audit activities and provide required financial records.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for accounting-related matters.
Work closely with the Senior Accountant on daily finance and accounting operations.

Required Skills
1.5–3+ years of practical accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Valuable working knowledge of GST and TDS.
Experience with bank and ledger reconciliation.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in an IT, software, staffing, or corporate workplace will be preferred.
