Experience: 4 to 12 years
Key responsibilities
Develop and customize solutions: Design, develop, and configure OmniStudio components like Omniscripts, DataRaptors,
Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
Platform customization: Extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other declarative tools.
Integrations: Build and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Best practices: Ensure adherence to best practices for Salesforce development, testing, code reviews, and version control.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues within Salesforce applications and integrations.
