Job Scope:
The role involves managing and overseeing the physical inbound operation to ensure high service levels and results in line with customer-agreed SLAs, following network procedures and defined standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize appropriate shifts and manning levels to meet business requirements.
Ensure inbound stock is recovered, inspected, and received efficiently.
Monitor performance of ground handlers and warehouse providers.
Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and meet SLA targets.
Develop a high-performance service culture within the department.
Manage individual performance and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure secure working practices and participate in quality initiatives.
Monitor and ensure compliance with overtime (OT) limits, including proper tracking, approval, and adherence to applicable statutory requirements.
Monitor employee working patterns to ensure compliance with the maximum permitted number of continuous working days, including adherence to the 10-day working limit.
Monitor daily working hours to ensure employees do not exceed the permitted 12-hour working limit, in line with statutory requirements and company policies.
Drive Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) participation and follow up on employee feedback and action points.
Support employee retention through effective employee engagement and timely resolution of concerns.
Experience:
Minimum 1 years of warehousing experience.
Minimum 1 year in an SPL setting.
Minimum 2 years working in a cross-functional/matrix organization.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree level
