About the Role

Rangvarsha Sarees is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to manage paid & organic marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Meta Ads Paid & Organic across Facebook and Instagram.
Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Run Google Shopping & E-commerce Ads to drive online sales.
Develop and implement content strategy across social media platforms.
Create content calendars, captions, scripts, reels, posts, and promotional content.
Plan and manage the digital marketing budget and allocate spend across platforms based on performance.
Drive qualified leads and store walk-ins through digital campaigns.
Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, ROAS,



and ROI.
Manage website content, product listings, and basic SEO optimization.
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
Knowledge of Google Shopping / E-commerce Ads.
Robust understanding of content and social media strategy.
Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
Ability to manage and optimize digital marketing budgets.
Basic knowledge of SEO, GA4, and Canva.
Solid communication, writing, analytical, and creative skills.

Preferred: Experience in fashion, retail, apparel, or e-commerce.
