Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Deputy CFO to support the CFO in overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in corporate finance and leadership, with a proven ability to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the CFO in developing and executing financial strategy.
Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
Overseeing month-end and year-end closings, while effectively coordinating with statutory authorities, internal teams,



and external auditors to ensure compliance and timely reporting
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support treasury, tax, and audit functions.
Lead and mentor finance teams to improve productivity and accuracy.
Partner with business units to optimize financial performance and decision-making.

Qualifications:
CA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
Solid analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms.
