Key Responsibilities:
Provide advisory support to clients during fund-raising transactions by addressing investor queries, preparing analytical data, and coordinating key information for investor submissions.
Develop financial models to capture financial and operating KPIs, conduct scenario analysis, and support bid submissions and assessments.
Communicate with equity investors, bondholders, lenders, rating agencies, developers, and other stakeholders to understand bid requirements and underlying business models.
Engage in detailed discussions with clients to assess financing needs and recommend optimal financial structures.
Prepare presentations, reports, and financial insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA/CA qualification with 2–4 years of experience in project financial modeling.
Proficiency in INDEX, OFFSET functions , scenario analysis, and Macros for financial modeling.
Robust understanding of debt funding, contract structures, bid pricing, and deferred
