Responsibilities:
Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
Analyzing in depth financial information (trial balances, income statements, balance sheets and cash flows).
Preparation of data books in accordance with firm.
Identification of key issues and carrying out the relevant financial analysis.
Develop operational insights utilizing data & analytics in order analyze the drivers of profitability and evaluate key risks and opportunities of a company.
Learning and deploying current-age technologies to enhance insights and efficiency on engagements (our tech stack includes Tableau, Dataiku, Alteryx).
Writing sections of FDD report.
Establishing strong working relationships with global clients.

Basic Qualifications:
CA / MBA / PGDM in finance / accounting, with graduate degree in accounting.
Solid Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent written / verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic, and a demonstrated ability and desire to work cooperatively with team members and client professionals • Solid analytical abilities
