RINA is currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition to join its office in Mumbai within the Global Human Resources Division.Mission
The Senior Recruiter, under the direction of and in collaboration with the local Head of Human Resources/Recruitment, is responsible for creating and delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing recent, creative recruiting strategies.

Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of long-term talent acquisition strategies in alignment with the company's business goals.
Collaborate with senior management to understand organizational needs and create recruitment plans that support strategic objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with internal clients, including hiring managers and department heads,
to better understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions.
Project Management and recrutment process:
Lead and manage recruitment projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
Create, manage, and coordinate full cycle recruitment process for engineering, and other skilled positions.
Consult with Hiring Managers to create profiles and post requisitions.
Use social media, association job boards, and networking to recruit candidates.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in applicant tracking system.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices, providing valuable insights to inform recruitment strategies.
Attend campus recruiting events, manage internship and co-op programs, and other activities.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization within the recruitment f
