We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Professional to represent Lawkraft Legal Network and drive business growth. The role involves identifying and approaching senior decision-makers such as Heads of Legal, Collections & Recovery, Credit, and Business across Banks, NBFCs, and Fintechs. You will be responsible for introducing Lawkraft's solutions, securing meetings, building relationships, managing follow-ups, nurturing a sales pipeline, and assisting in closing pilot projects and long-term client contracts.

The role requires regular client meetings and visits within Bengaluru.

Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in B2B Sales or Business Development Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills Experience managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing Ability to understand client problems and work with internal teams to create suitable solutions Strong communication and presentation skills Presentable and comfortable meeting senior business professionals Comfortable with regular client visits and travel within Bengaluru Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while being a robust team player Experience with Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, or Financial Services is a plus What We Are Looking ForDirect sales experience rather than primarily marketing-focused experience Experience personally managing the complete sales cycle Strong ownership of prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and closing Someone who is comfortable building relationships with senior decision-makers Based reasonably close to Bengaluru's main business areas to enable regular client meetings Perks Exposure to top management and decision-makers across industries Hands-on experience in multi-crore deal closures Incentives that can exceed 10x of the stipend for independently closed deals
