Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Indore. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector, with a focus on turnkey projects and engineering services. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

The Business Development

Executive will prepare proposals, support commercial negotiations,



and collaborate with technical and project teams to align client requirements with company solutions. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking market trends, and contributing to strategic business growth plans.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth in pharmaceutical projects and services.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, contracts, and long-term engagements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions clearly and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical consulting, engineering services, or industrial projects is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and travel to client sites as required.
