About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to fuel our aggressive fleet expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring recent clients, expanding our footprint in chemical/petrochemical transport, and driving revenue growth for our domestic ISO tank business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard new manufacturing companies, chemical traders, and exporters/importers requiring ISO tank solutions.
- Rate Quotation & Negotiation: Formulate competitive freight and leasing rate quotations, factoring in 3PL transport costs, cleaning, and depot charges.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach and client meetings to contract negotiation and successful handover to the operations team.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing,



and demand fluctuations in the bulk liquid logistics space.
- Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, specifically dealing with ISO tanks, flexitanks, chemical transport, or containerized freight.
- Existing network or active client relationships with chemical manufacturers, speciality chemical companies, or bulk liquid traders.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of margins, per-diem, demurrage, and 3PL cost structures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
