About the role:

Kunj Healthcare is a pharmaceutical wholesale and distribution business supplying pharmacies and hospitals with genuine medicines and healthcare products. We're hiring our first dedicated Business Development Executive to grow our hospital and medical-store accounts in and around from first outreach through to a closed, active, repeat-ordering account.

What you'll do:

- Identify and approach hospitals, nursing homes, and retail medical stores in your territory
- Pitch Kunj Healthcare's supply reliability and product range to procurement contacts, purchase managers, and pharmacy owners
- Close new accounts and manage onboarding
- Stay involved after the sale follow up on repeat orders, resolve supply issues, collect payments on time
- Report visits, pipeline, and outcomes daily

What we're looking for:





- Confident approaching new people cold hospitals and medical stores don't come to you
- Comfortable with daily field travel across the territory
- Clear communicator who can explain product/pricing without a script
- Basic understanding of, or willingness to learn, pharmaceutical distribution and hospital procurement processes
- Own two-wheeler preferred

Compensation:

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹15,000
- Incentive (paid monthly, on top of fixed salary): tied to gross contribution from active accounts, on-time collections, and accounts that have reordered — not paid on a signed deal alone. This means a closed, paying, repeat account earns more than a one-time signup. Full structure explained at offer stage.
- Growth: This is our first dedicated sales hire for hospital and pharmacy accounts. Solid performance in the first 90 days puts you on track to lead the sales function as we expand the team.
