Role Description The Business Development Executive – HoReCa role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities in the HoReCa sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and related foodservice businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, conducting client meetings and product presentations, managing and growing key accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with decision makers.





The executive will collaborate with internal teams to align flavour solutions with customer needs, prepare proposals and quotations, and track sales activities in CRM or similar tools. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic business growth and revenue targets.

Qualifications

- Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation in the HoReCa or foodservice sector.
- Strong understanding of Business fundamentals and commercial acumen.
- Excellent Communication skills, including persuasive presentation and client engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with a focus on relationship building and retention.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in flavours, fragrances, food ingredients, or FMCG is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and meeting clients regularly within the region.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, food science, or a related field is preferred.
