RoleWe are looking for dynamic and student-focused Academic Counsellors to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, comfortable interacting with students and parents, and capable of understanding their academic goals to recommend the right programs and learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career pathways.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process.




- Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work closely with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
