About Atoms Arena
Atoms Arena is a versatile studio and creative space offering professional facilities for photo shoots, film shoots, advertising shoots, music projects, jamming sessions, events, and other creative productions.
We operate two studio spaces:
- Large Studio — suitable for film productions, ad shoots, large-scale photo shoots, events, and productions.
- Small Studio — suitable for photography, smaller productions, content creation, music projects, jamming, and intimate events.
We are looking for a Business Development & Studio Operations Executive who can take ownership of the studio's business from lead generation to booking closure and client coordination. Role Overview The person in this role will be responsible for driving revenue for Atoms Arena and managing the complete client journey.
This includes identifying potential clients, reaching out to production houses and creative professionals, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, checking studio availability, preparing and negotiating commercial proposals, closing bookings, and coordinating with clients and internal teams until the shoot or event is completed.
The role requires someone who is highly proactive, commercially driven, comfortable travelling for meetings, and capable of dealing with clients ranging from local businesses to Bollywood, national, and international production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Atoms Arena.
- Build relationships with:
- Production houses
- Film producers and production teams
- Advertising agencies
- Photographers
- Fashion brands
- Media companies
- Music artists and bands
- Content creators
- Event organisers
- Corporate companies
- Local businesses
- National and international clients
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential bookings.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explore partnerships with production houses, agencies, photographers, event companies, and other relevant businesses.
- Client Meetings & Sales
- Meet prospective clients and understand their shoot/event requirements.
- Present Atoms Arena's studio facilities, capabilities, pricing, and available options.
- Conduct studio visits for prospective clients.
- Understand production requirements such as:
- Studio size
- Shoot duration
- Setup requirements
- Equipment requirements
- Crew requirements
- Power requirements
- Event requirements
- Additional services
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines.
- Close deals and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Studio Availability & Booking Management
- Check and coordinate studio availability before confirming bookings.
- Maintain an accurate booking calendar for both studios.
- Coordinate with the operations team to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Ensure the correct studio is allocated based on the client's requirements.
- Coordinate booking confirmations, advance payments, schedules, and other commercial requirements.
- Ensure all relevant client information is properly documented.
- Client & Production Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients before and during their booking.
- Coordinate with production teams and clients regarding studio requirements.
- Ensure the studio is prepared according to the agreed requirements.
- Coordinate with internal staff, vendors, technicians, and other service providers when required.
- Handle last-minute requirements and operational issues professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Travel & Field Business Development
- Travel regularly for client meetings, production house visits, agency meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
- Build relationships within the film, advertising, photography, music, events, and entertainment industries.
- Represent Atoms Arena professionally during external meetings and industry interactions.
- Develop a solid local and national network of potential clients and business partners.
- Bollywood, National & International Clients
- Identify opportunities with Bollywood and other major film/advertising production teams.
- Build relationships with production managers, line producers, creative agencies, casting teams, photographers, and production coordinators.
- Coordinate professionally with national and international clients and production teams.
- Be comfortable working with high-value clients and handling demanding production requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with film, advertising, celebrity, or commercial productions.
- Revenue & Business Ownership
- Take ownership of monthly studio revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and booking forecast.
- Track enquiries, proposals,
negotiations, conversions, and lost opportunities.
- Identify reasons for lost bookings and develop strategies to improve conversion.
- Identify opportunities to increase studio utilisation and revenue.
- Promote available dates and unused studio capacity to potential clients.
- Develop repeat-business opportunities from existing clients.
