Role Description The Business Development Executive (Field work) role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding Markite’s client base. Day-to-day activities include visiting qualified clients location locally and convert them to take our services, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, and presenting Markite’s digital marketing solutions to decision-makers. The role involves qualifying leads, understanding client needs, preparing proposals,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management.

The Business Development

Executive will maintain a robust sales pipeline, track activities in CRM tools, and meet or exceed revenue and growth targets while representing Markite.in professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Good conversion skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, build long-term relationships, and support ongoing engagement.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client presentations, negotiations, and clear written and verbal correspondence.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in digital marketing or related services, with the ability to explain marketing solutions and ROI to clients.
- Candidates should demonstrate goal-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote workplace.
