About the Role

We're looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Jaipur. If you're passionate about building client relationships, generating high-quality leads, and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handovers.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.




- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing services.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, ASO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Paid Advertising, or related solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with lead generation, client acquisition, and consultative selling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
