Location: Pan India Department: Sales Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company K12 Techno Services, the parent company of Orchids The International School, is one of India’s leading K-12 education service providers. We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Associates to help drive student admissions by guiding prospective parents through the enrollment process.

Job Responsibilities Follow up with prospective parents generated through marketing campaigns and the PRO team.

Explain the school’s curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and unique offerings.

Counsel parents and address their queries regarding admissions.

Schedule and coordinate campus visits.

Convert qualified leads into successful student admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with parents.

Update call records, follow-ups, and admission status in the CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth admission process.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Eligibility Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.





Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.

Skills Required Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.

Strong persuasion, counselling, and negotiation skills.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Work Schedule 6-day work week.

Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.

One weekday will be provided as the weekly off.
