Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and generating leads through various channels, conducting market research to understand local real estate trends, and supporting the sales pipeline.

The Business Development

Associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and assist in negotiations and closures under guidance from senior team members. The position also includes updating CRM or sales tracking tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams,



and attending client meetings or site visits as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing potential clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze local real estate trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
