About the Role

Cornixe is looking for motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing sales team.

As a BDA, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting the right solutions, managing follow-ups, and converting qualified leads into customers. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work towards defined sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements, goals, and challenges through effective conversations.

Present and explain Cornixe's products and mentorship programs based on customer needs.

Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.

Conduct sales conversations and convert qualified prospects into customers.

Follow up consistently with prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.

Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.

Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Work closely with the Sales Team Lead and contribute to overall team objectives.

Continuously improve sales, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Requirements

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Good listening and customer-handling abilities.





Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced sales environment.

Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in business development, inside sales, tele-sales, EdTech, counselling, or customer acquisition will be an advantage.

Language Requirements

Proficiency in any one or more of the following languages is required:

English

Telugu

Hindi

Kannada
