Working Days: 6 Days a Week || Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM || Weekly Off: Sunday

About the Role:Divinelane, a vertical of House of EdTech, is looking for articulate, confident, and trustworthy Business Development Associates to join our sales team in Kolkata. This is a consultative sales role where you will engage with warm inbound leads, understand customer requirements, and guide them toward suitable precious & sacred stones, gemstones, and sacred wearables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle warm inbound sales enquiries through phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, value, and authenticity clearly.
- Build solid customer relationships through honest and professional communication.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, retail sales, or phone-based sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable discussing high-value products with customers.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Ability to build trust and handle customer objections professionally.
- Comfortable working from office in Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata.
- Interest in gemstones, sacred products, or wellness-focused products will be an added advantage.
