Urban Company is looking to hire Business Development Associate for AC and Repairs Category

Location (WFO) : Bhubaneswar And Chandigarh

CTC: 3.2 to 3.6 LPA

Responsibilities

- Own the entire onboarding process: identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform.
- Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals.
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications to the onboarded professionals.
- Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data.

Job Requirements

- End-to-end ownership in execution and problem solving.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills, analytical skills,



problem solving skills and valuable knowledge of google sheets/excel.
- 0-2 Years of experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail & should be able to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Fluent in HINDI and ENGLISH.
- Must have a laptop.
- Past experience in start-ups will be advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Degree
