Role Description The Business Consultant is a full-time remote role responsible for advising clients on business setup, expansion, and ongoing operational improvement across the Middle East. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, conducting market and regulatory research, and developing tailored consulting recommendations. The role involves preparing business plans, financial and operational analyses, and reports that support decision-making and compliance.

Consultant will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate company formation, licensing, and related services,



while maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients. The position requires robust professional judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple consulting engagements simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret data, and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting to design and deliver tailored business solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills to present recommendations, build client relationships, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Finance to support business planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, management consulting credentials) are an advantage.
- Experience in business consulting, corporate services, or Middle East market entry and compliance is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and cultural awareness when dealing with diverse clients and regulatory environments.
