Most fresh graduates spend their first year in a role watching decisions get made by other people, three levels up, for reasons no one explains. This isn't that.

Pebble Thought Lab is a consulting practice working with founder-run businesses that have grown past what one person can hold in their head — where the owner is still the bottleneck for every decision, and the business can't scale until that changes. You'll be in the room for that work: sitting in on client conversations, watching a founder describe a process that's been quietly costing them money for two years, and then helping turn that conversation into something structured enough to actually fix.

You won't be doing this alone or unsupervised — you'll be working directly under the lead consultant, learning a live methodology (we call it Discover → Diagnose → Design → Equip) by applying it, not reading about it. It's a small practice, so there's no layer between your work and its outcome. What you document and prepare gets used in the next client meeting, not filed away.

Responsibilities

- Document meetings: convert client and internal discussions into structured notes, decisions, and clear action items
- Conduct research: market, competitor, and process research supporting live client engagements
- Prepare for client sessions: briefing docs, agendas, and follow-up trackers ahead of consulting meetings
- Track progress: keep action items and engagement status current between meetings
- Attend client meetings in person as a standing part of the role — this isn't occasional, it's core to how you'll learn

Requirements

- MBA or BBA (fresher or up to 1 yr experience)
- Strong written English
- Can read a basic financial statement and follow terms like CAC, margin, GTM without needing them explained — from coursework or a prior project/internship, not job experience
- Can turn an unstructured conversation into clean, usable notes with minimal rework
- Follows through on assigned tasks without being chased
- Based in or willing to relocate to Kozhikode

Nice to have

- Malayalam proficiency
- Prior internship in consulting, ops, or a founder-led SME

Compensation & Perks

- Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month, based on experience, proficiency, and skill/interest alignment
- Travel & Expense allowance included for client-site visits
