We are recruiting for a Business Associate in the Quality and Risk Management team. In this team, your responsibilities will include delivering and executing project(s) on behalf of KPMG teams and you will be required to:

•Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members through weekly meetings and calls with onshore stakeholders.•Provide regular updates on work pipeline, discussions with onshore teams.•Work closely with internal stakeholders and other teams to understand requirements, identify key issues, and document findings effectively.•Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and quality of support provided to onshore teams.•Analyze the risk assessed and accordingly document the screening results with good English writing and articulation skills.•Engage with stakeholders regarding deliveries, TAT and urgent requests, ensuring timely communication and escalation where required.You will need:

•A strong ability to effectively use databases which includes corporate registries, company websites, regulatory websites, litigation databases, news aggregators, professional and social networking sites amongst others.•The ability to comprehend, articulate and mitigate risk basis strong knowledge of regulations, sanctions, and international arena related to risk guidelines, and ability to see holistic view in order to mitigate risk wherever possible.•Ability to assess, analyse and document screening results, including adverse findings and risk indicators, with solid report-writing capabilities.•Sharp focus and an eye for detail to identify and mitigate potential risks and effectively articulate its mitigation,



combined with the ability to escalate in a timely manner any risk that cannot be mitigated.•An ability to run self-reviews on the deliverables and ensure SOPs and checklists are always followed with zero defects.•An understanding of Third-Party Risk Assessment, Client Risk Assessment, Engagement Risk Assessment would be an added advantage.

Mandatory technical & functional skills•Strong delivery management skills, excellent attention to detail is a must•Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)•Good communicator both verbal and written (face to face as well remotely)•Works well within a team environment.•Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines

Qualifications

This role is for you if you have the below

Educational qualifications

•Qualifications: Graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute or Post Graduation/Diploma. Preferably commerce/finance background.Work experience

Fresher or 1-2 years of business experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage)
