Business Analyst | AppZoro Technologies

AppZoro Technologies is looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between clients, business requirements, and development teams and take ownership of projects from requirement gathering to successful delivery.

If you’re someone who can speak confidently with clients, understand what they actually need, communicate it clearly to developers, test what gets built, and keep everything moving toward delivery, this role is for you.

- - Qualification: Post BA / Bachelor's Degree

What You'll Be Responsible For

Client Communication

- Communicate directly with clients and understand their business needs.
- Conduct requirement discussions, meetings, demos, and project updates.
- Handle client queries, feedback, concerns, and day-to-day communication.
- Set clear expectations around requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Business Analysis

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Convert client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for development teams.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, ambiguities, and potential risks.
- Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other requirement documentation where required.
- Ensure requirements remain clear throughout the project lifecycle.

Developer Coordination

- Work closely with developers to communicate requirements and clarify questions.
- Track tasks, priorities, dependencies, and progress.
- Follow up on pending work and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve requirement-related issues and blockers.

Testing & Quality Checks

- Personally test developed features against the approved requirements.
- Identify bugs, functional issues, inconsistencies, and usability problems.
- Clearly document issues and coordinate with developers for resolution.




- Re-test fixes and ensure the final feature works as expected before client delivery.

Project Delivery

- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables.
- Coordinate requirements, development, testing, feedback, and final delivery.
- Keep projects moving according to agreed timelines.
- Track pending tasks, issues, feedback, and dependencies.
- Ensure the delivered product meets client expectations and documented requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Post BA / Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Software Delivery, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid client handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of software development processes.
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of software testing and QA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Good command of professional English.

It’s a Hands-On Role

You won't simply be tracking tasks.

You'll be involved in the complete project flow:

Client → Requirements → Documentation → Developers → Testing → Bug Fixes → Client Feedback → Final Delivery

We're looking for someone who can understand the requirement, communicate it clearly, challenge unclear requirements, coordinate the team, test the output, manage feedback, and make sure the project gets across the finish line.
