About The Role

We are hiring Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital’s talented team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a top-tier US multinational corporation, contributing to the development and enhancement of enterprise-scale digital solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a vital bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams, translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions.

Your insights will directly influence the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-driven platforms used by thousands to millions of users globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working in quick-paced, collaborative environments. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. A proven track record in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements is essential. Candidates should have experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs),



Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is necessary, as well as proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are vital for success in this role.

Candidates with experience in enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud applications, and data analysis techniques will be preferred.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Support solution design, validate features, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in production rollouts to ensure smooth deployment.




- Perform data analysis to identify trends, derive business insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Assist with change management activities, including process documentation and training materials to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope requirements.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
