About The Role

We are hiring Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital, a top US multinational corporation, focused on building and scaling large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered business solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely with a globally recognized organization, contributing to high-impact projects that serve thousands to millions of users worldwide. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into comprehensive technical solutions.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and facilitate digital transformation initiatives. Your insights will directly influence the development of innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, functional analysis, product analysis, or systems analysis. A strong understanding of gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements is essential. Candidates should have demonstrated experience preparing various documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows,



and functional specifications.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are required, along with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product management, and business stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred. Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is also necessary.

Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are critical for success in this role. The ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team setting is highly valued.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst at SkillsCapital, your responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements. You will elicit, define, and prioritize both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products. Preparing comprehensive documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases will be a key part of your role.

You will analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives. Facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions will be essential to ensure alignment and clarity. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle, supporting solution design, feature validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production rollouts.

Conducting data analysis to identify trends, insights,



and decision-support information will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in change management, creation of process documentation, and training materials. Ensuring that delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope is a critical aspect of your role.

You will actively contribute to Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
