About The Role

We are hiring Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital in a dynamic, fully remote environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale enterprise projects that involve developing and scaling cloud-native applications, SaaS solutions, and AI-driven platforms. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.

You will be instrumental in shaping innovative solutions that impact thousands to millions of users globally. Your expertise will support the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation to solution validation and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of qualified experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. You should have a proven track record in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, with proficiency in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.



Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are essential.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and business stakeholders, is highly desirable. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills are necessary to effectively collaborate in a remote, distributed team environment. Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms is also required.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to guide development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to ensure clarity and consensus.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure seamless delivery.
- Support solution design, validate features, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee production rollouts to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate insights,



and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Assist in change management activities, including process documentation and development of training materials for end-users.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business objectives, customer expectations, and project scope, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement and team collaboration.
