Role : Senior Oracle Fusion Contracts Management Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Contracts Management Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Enterprise Contracts along with a solid understanding of Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain processes.

The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders, leading functional workshops, driving implementation activities, and ensuring successful post-go-live adoption and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts.
- Conduct business requirement gathering and lead functional workshops with key stakeholders.
- Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts based on business requirements.
- Manage contract authoring, templates, terms, clauses, approvals, deliverables, and contract lifecycle processes.
- Design and implement integrations with Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain modules.
- Lead functional testing, including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and regression testing.
- Develop and deliver user training, documentation,



and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Provide functional support during cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data migration, and security requirements.
- Provide functional leadership and recommendations for process improvements and solution optimization.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure successful delivery across complex implementation programs.

- Functional Skills

- Robust hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts, including Contract Authoring, Terms &
- Clauses, Templates, Approvals &
- Workflows, Deliverables, and Lifecycle Management.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Procurement &
- Purchasing, including Purchase Orders, Requisitions, Supplier Management, and Sourcing.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Security and BPM workflows.
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with data migration tools such as FBDI and ADFDI.
- Strong understanding of integrations between Enterprise Contracts and Procurement/Supply Chain modules.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and consulting skills.
