BTL Operations ExecutiveRole Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized BTL Operations Executive to manage on-ground activations, events, brand promotions, and campaign execution. The role involves vendor coordination, manpower management, permissions, logistics, and ensuring smooth execution at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute BTL activities, brand activations, events, and promotions.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, promoters, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage on-ground manpower, promoters, supervisors, and field staff.
- Handle event logistics, material movement, setup, dismantling, and transportation.
- Coordinate for required permissions and local arrangements.
- Conduct site visits and ensure proper execution as per client requirements.
- Monitor campaign execution and resolve on-ground issues.
- Maintain execution reports, photographs, attendance, and other campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with the creative, production,



and sales teams for timely execution.
- Ensure activities are completed within timelines and approved budgets.
- Travel to different locations/sites as required for campaign execution.

Required Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in BTL, Events, Activations, Brand Promotions, or On-ground Operations.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Good vendor and manpower management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and deadline-oriented.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in corporate events, brand activations, retail activations, roadshows, mall activities, and national-level campaigns.
