Our client, a product engineering & software development company working across Enterprise, Telecom, AI & IoT, is looking for an experienced BSP Lead to lead embedded Linux platform development from board bring-up to production.

? What You’ll Be Working On• Lead and mentor a team of BSP / Embedded Linux engineers

- Own Embedded Linux BSP & platform software development
- Work hands-on with Linux Kernel, U-Boot, Device Trees & Device Drivers
- Drive board bring-up & hardware/software integration
- Develop reusable and scalable embedded software platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams, cross-functional teams & external vendors
- Conduct design/code reviews and ensure software quality

?️ Mandatory Skills✅ 8+ years in BSP / Embedded Linux / Embedded Systems

✅ 3+ years in technical/team leadership

✅ Solid C/C++ & Python programming

✅ Strong hands-on experience with:





- Embedded Linux
- Linux Kernel
- U-Boot
- Device Tree
- Device Drivers
- Board Bring-up

✅ Experience with ARM Cortex-A and/or Cortex-M

✅ Strong knowledge of SPI, I²C, UART, USB, PCIe, Ethernet, GPIO & CAN

✅ Experience with Yocto, Buildroot, NXP Linux SDK (Debian) or similar

⭐ Highly Preferred? NXP BSP expertise

? Hands-on experience with NXP i.MX9x SoCs

? Experience bringing up Linux on NXP platforms

? FreeRTOS / Zephyr / other RTOS experience

? External vendor management experience
