Arabic - Oracle Fusion HCM / Finance / SCM Consultant

Position : Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant

Experience : 1 - 5 Years

Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Must be bilingual - Arabic and English

Job Summary

We are looking for Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultants with 1 - 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, Finance, or SCM.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and business process requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, support,



and enhancement projects.
- Understand business requirements and provide appropriate Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Perform functional configuration and application setups.
- Prepare and execute SIT, UAT, and functional testing.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues and production incidents.
- Support data migration activities using FBDI/ADFDI/HDL, as applicable.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration.
- Prepare functional documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Provide post-go-live support and assist in continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

- 1 - 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in HCM, Finance, or SCM.
- Good understanding of business processes and Oracle Fusion functionality.
- Experience in configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support.
- Knowledge of OTBI / BI Publisher is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of integrations such as REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and client-handling skills.
