About the Role A Brokerage Agent plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and timely shipment coordination by maintaining consistent communication with carriers and customers throughout the delivery process. The role is responsible for following up with carriers, providing accurate shipment updates to customers, obtaining delivery confirmations, and maintaining accurate shipment records. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and effective in communication and follow-up.

- Regularly communicate with carriers to track shipment status, obtain the latest updates, and ensure that relevant shipment information is received in a timely manner.
- Provide customers with timely and accurate updates regarding pickup and delivery schedules to keep them informed at every stage.




- Continuously monitoring the real-time location and movement of all trucks to maintain full visibility of shipments.

Skills & Qualifications Required

· Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent

· Transparent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.

· Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.

· Excellent attention to detail and observational ability

· Basic computer proficiency

· Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

· Basic understanding of transportation, and logistics processes.
