About the Role - Wild Punch Design is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand Visual Designer – 360°

- Marketing

who can bring brands to life through impactful visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a marketing or branding agency and understand how to design across multiple platforms and campaigns. Key Responsibilities -

Branding &

- Identity

- Design logos, brand identities, and complete brand guidelines
- Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Work on brand development and rebranding projects

Digital Marketing Creatives

- Create engaging social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads)
- Design performance marketing creatives (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Website banners, landing page visuals, and emailers 360°
- Campaign Design

- Develop creatives for integrated marketing campaigns
- Work on product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal creatives
- Support multi-channel marketing strategies through design

Content &

- Visual Storytelling

- Design presentations, pitch decks, and case studies




- Create infographics and carousel content
- Translate brand strategies into compelling visuals

Print &

- Offline Design

- Design brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging
- Work on outdoor creatives like hoardings and event branding

Collaboration

- Work closely with Account Managers and Brand Strategists
- Understand client briefs and deliver creative solutions
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development

Requirements

- Experience: 2–3 years in a marketing/branding agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and marketing creatives
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, and typography
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
