Criteria - D2C / E-commerce experience is mandatory. We’re specifically looking for candidates who have worked hands-on with D2C brands. B2B and B2C-only profiles will not be considered.

THIS IS NOT JUST ANOTHER SOCIAL MEDIA ROLEYou won’t just be writing ad copies or planning posts. You’ll be building brands from the ground up — shaping their voice, creating content strategies, developing campaigns and driving the creative direction.

From concept → strategy → copy → shoot → execution → performance, you’ll be involved end-to-end.

And if there’s a celebrity shoot,



you could be the person on set shaping the narrative, directing the creative and making sure the final output feels exactly like the brand.

You won’t just work on brands. You’ll help build them.

WHAT YOU’LL DO• Build social media & content strategies for India’s fastest-growing D2C brands, including Shark Tank-backed brands

- Write hooks, ad copies, scripts & campaign communication that make people stop and pay attention
- Take ideas from concept → production → final execution
- Work across fashion, beauty, skincare, pet care, lifestyle & more
- Use CTR, conversions & ROAS to understand what’s working and make smarter creative decisions
- Work closely with designers, editors, DOPs, performance marketers & production teams

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR✅ 2–5 years of D2C / E-commerce brand experience

✅ Hands-on experience managing social media for D2C brands

✅ Robust copywriting, storytelling & content strategy skills

✅ Understanding of Meta ads & performance marketing

✅ Someone who can think creatively and strategically

✅ Someone excited to take ownership of building brands end-to-end
