Brand & Growth Manager – ZYM? Palampur, Himachal Pradesh | Full-time

Hill Farm Organics is looking for a Brand & Growth Manager to help build ZYM, our fermented beverage brand, into a strong consumer brand across India.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a brand from the ground up — creating campaigns, activating cafés and restaurants, working with creators, running tastings and events, developing partnerships and figuring out what actually makes consumers discover, try and repeatedly buy ZYM.

What you'll do

- Own ZYM's marketing and brand calendar
- Develop and execute consumer campaigns
- Drive café, restaurant and retail activations
- Build our content and social media strategy
- Develop creator and influencer collaborations
- Create partnerships with chefs, cafés, hotels, events and lifestyle brands
- Work closely with Sales to improve performance at individual outlets
- Manage junior content/activation team members and external creative partners
- Track what marketing activities actually translate into sales
- Help develop the playbook for launching ZYM in new cities

We're looking for someone who
- Has 4–7 years of experience in F&B;, FMCG, D2C, hospitality, lifestyle or another consumer-facing business
- Understands both brand building and growth




- Is comfortable getting out into the market rather than marketing from a desk
- Can move from strategy to hands-on execution
- Understands Instagram, creators and contemporary consumer culture
- Is analytical enough to measure what works
- Is resourceful and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment

Experience with a young F&B; or beverage brand would be particularly valuable. What makes this role differentYou'll be joining us at a stage where there is still a lot to build.

Rather than inheriting an established marketing department, you'll help create the team, systems, campaigns and growth playbook that take ZYM into recent markets.
