Role OverviewThe Brand Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of brand accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
The role combines client servicing, influencer marketing strategy, campaign management and business growth. The candidate will work closely with internal teams across planning, creator procurement, campaign execution, content and operations to ensure campaigns are strategically sound and executed successfully.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand a client's business objective, convert it into an effective influencer marketing campaign and take ownership of the campaign through execution and reporting.

Management
- Own day-to-day relationships with assigned brand clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for campaign-related communication.
- Understand client objectives, expectations and business priorities.
- Conduct regular client calls and campaign discussions.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain proactive communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Understand client feedback and translate it into actionable internal requirements.
- Manage client expectations around timelines, deliverables and campaign outcomes.
- Handle client escalations and drive timely resolution.
- Ensure a high standard of client servicing across all accounts.

Brief
Understanding
- Receive and understand influencer marketing briefs from clients.
- Identify campaign objectives, target audience and key messaging.
- Understand deliverables, budgets, timelines and expected KPIs.
- Ask the right questions to clarify gaps in the brief.
- Translate the client brief into clear internal requirements.
- Ensure all teams are aligned before campaign execution begins.

Influencer Marketing
Strategy
- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Recommend relevant platforms, influencer categories and content formats.
- Define the right influencer mix based on campaign objectives and audience.
- Develop campaign concepts and creator-led content ideas.
- Identify relevant creator trends and opportunities for brands.
- Build campaign proposals and strategic recommendations.
- Present campaign strategies and influencer recommendations to clients.
- Ensure the proposed strategy is both creative and commercially viable.
4.
Campaign
Planning & Management
- Develop campaign plans covering creators, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with planning teams for influencer shortlisting and campaign structures.
- Ensure proposed creators are relevant to the brand and campaign.
- Review creator recommendations before presenting them to clients.
- Coordinate client approvals on creators and campaign plans.
- Ensure campaigns move smoothly from planning to execution.
- Monitor campaign progress against agreed timelines.
- Identify potential execution risks and address them proactively.
5.
Campaign Execution
Oversight
- Work closely with campaign execution teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track creator onboarding, content submissions, approvals and posting.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are executed as per the agreed scope.
- Coordinate with creators, talent managers and internal teams when required.
- Monitor content quality and adherence to campaign guidelines.
- Ensure client feedback is communicated clearly to the execution team.
- Track delays and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate critical campaign issues before they impact the client.
- Take ownership of overall campaign delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media or advertising.
- Prior experience managing brand accounts is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the influencer and creator ecosystem.
- Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.
- Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of campaign metrics and reporting.
- Strong project management and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Good command of Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
